Outlaw Troopers Season 17: The Underworld Patch Notes
Encounters
- Map rerolling cost increased from 2 keys to 3 keys
- Encounter no longer gives out any Ocurium
- Chance to spawn Nanoflux nodes has been increased
- Energizer is back
- Soul-eater now increases allies movement speed by 30%, this effect is stackable
- Weakener now reduces your maximum armor and maximum shield by 30%
- Enemy's (Ignitor and Pyro) burn damage now scale higher according to the Tier level
- Ship size has been reduced
- UI Text has been reduced
- Ship's mini armor and shield bar has been removed
- Mine no longer count as remaining enemy, meaning any remaining mines will no longer prevent you from moving to the next node.
- Overseer no longer hits 3 additional targets
- Overseer's damage against summoned minion has been increased from 300% to 500%
- Limited ships have +300 maximum shield and armor in encounters
- Fixed tooltip description of damage type that deals to shield and armor seperately, making it less confusing
- Previous only Credit nodes and Crown nodes can trigger an encounter battle. Now it is changed to trigger randomly. Each node (including Empty nodes and Credit nodes) has 30% chance to randomly trigger a battle. Crown node and Radioactive node still has 100% to trigger a battle.
- The effect of the default Skill "Defense Boost" has been reduced from 70% to 50%
- Maximum amount of Credit Node has been capped at 3
- Maximum amount of enemy wave spawn per encounter tile has been capped at 40
- All 4 different encounter fragments have been combined into 1 single fragment. You will now receive the same type of fragment regardless of which planet you choose to battle on. When you exchange 10 fragments for a blend, it will choose from all existing blends from the pool. Some players might have more than 10 fragment after this change. They will start exchanging their fragment to blend as soon as they find their next fragment.
- Fixed a bug that causes Lucky Reroll to roll a Sacred Gene node at a much higher ratio
- Fixed a bug where recruit will some time spawn on the first tile when you enter an encounter.
- Fixed a bug where Nanovirus does not work on Energizer's shield regeneration
Gears Rebalancing
- Nemesis now increases your overall damage (Previously it only increases your basic attack damage) by 2% for each defeated Dominators.
- Nanoburst no longer requires nanovirus to cast. Instead, now when you cast Nanoburst, it will immediately apply the Nanovirus debuff to all available enemies.
- Assasin Stance has been reworked. When you equip an Assasin Stance, your next basic attack while stealthed will deal 2 to 8 times damage (scaled according to rarity).
- Stealth Device cool down now scale according to its gear rarity
New Troopers
- Added 3 new stackable Troopers
- You can now upgrade trooper's rarity via the Rarity blend in the Vault
- Ironwoof (Rare Trooper): Your turrets are immune to Deconstructors. Increases turret damage and healing effect by 5% per stack level.
- Packlord (Epic Trooper): Reduces incoming basic damage by 20%. 40% chance to summon a Minion when you use a skill. Requires AI Defense System equipped to work. Does not work with Lone Wolf and Isolator. Increases summoned minion's HP by 10% per stack level
- Starchewer (Legendary Trooper): 3% chance to grant "Auto Repair" buff for 2 seconds when you are hit by a basic attack. Always reflect 200% basic attack damage to enemies. Stackable with Reflect gear. Increases maximum shield by 200 per stack level
Trooper Rebalance
- Grumbleblade: Gain 1000% more credits from spacefarer missions
- Patch: Increases maximum shield and armor by 200
- Wormfoil: Increases all damage by 100%
- C7-TKZ: 5% chance to gain 5 Diamond (on top of any other rewards) from every successfully completed spacefarer mission
- Avalon: Reduces incoming basic damage by 50%. Basic attack hits 5 additional targets. Basic attack has 70% chance to ignite target
- Frost Sword: Your skill has 70% chance to not trigger a cool-down
- Sir Winshire: 100% chance to gain 3 Encounter Keys (on top of any other rewards) from every successfully completed spacefarer mission
- Phantom: Increases maximum shield by 2000
- Lady Silksand: Regenerate 20% of your maximum shield and armor every second. Increases all damage by 50%
- Chief Oculus: Has 5% chance to find an ARC from every successfully completed spacefarer mission
- Starfall: Increases all damage by 200%.
- Fireshot: Gain 5 Radioactive Shards each time you defeat a Dominator
- Purrington: Now deal basic damage to 5 addition enemies (up from 3). He now leech 10% basic attack damage instead of recovering 10 armor per hit. Reduces incoming basic damage by 20%.
- Dunvella: Minion damage when using Dunvella has been increased by 200%
- Mavix: Added a new bonus that increases all healing effect by 200%. Maximum shield and armor bonus has been increased from 100 to 300.
- Beta: Now deploys 1 to 3 mines (random amount) per skill use (up from 1). Mine damage increased to 300% (up from 200%). Reduces incoming basic damage by 20%.
Tech Tree
- Encounter keys rewarded from the "Key Farm" passive has been reduced from 5 to 2 every 2 hours per level
- Reputation bonus from the "Honor" passive has been reduced from 3% to 1% per level
Abyss
- Added a new node that will trigger an Echoes from Beneath event when captured.
- Echoes from Beneath event can only be triggered after week 2. You will receive an error message if you attempt to capture an Echo from Beneath node during Week 1.
- Dark Depth's first boss now rewards both Artifacts and Research point
- Dark Depth's second boss now rewards both Diamonds and Robotic Keys
- Capturing certain tiles will automatically construct specific structure on it.
- Scientist can be assigned to drill structure, giving them extra boost.
- Epic Scientist: 5x boost when assigned to a Driller. Requires +2 workers per Driller.
- Legendary Scientist: 10x boost when assigned to a Driller. Requires +4 workers per Driller.
- Limited Scientist: 20x boost when assigned to a Driller. Requires +6 workers per Driller.
- Added Driller. Requires workers to operate. Automatically mines resources. Assign a scientist here to increase the production.
- Added Reactor: Generates power (draws energy from the Void). All nearby cleared tiles will automatically filled with Residential Area. Each Residential Area gives +1 to your worker count.
- Each residential structure provides 1 worker. To build residential structures, you must first capture a Void Hole to create a Reactor. Once a Reactor is created, any surrounding tiles(Large Cross Area) you capture will automatically transform into residential structures. Additionally, each Hoverbot NFT you own grants you 1 worker.
- Added Teleporter. You can construct up to 10 teleporter.
- Teleporters can be demolished
- You can instantly teleport to a teleporter
- Credit cost of delving has been reduced by 33%
- Amount of Energy rewarded from an Energy Node has been reduced by 50%.
- Previously Planet Genes Nodes and Rock Gene Nodes can only spawn on Depth 1 to Depth 5. Now they can spawn at any depth.
- Chance to spawn OLT Token Node has been increased.
- Chance to spawn Energy Node, Artifact Node, Planet Gene Node and Rock Gene Node have been reduced.
- Upgrading Biocrafts now requires Energy
- Huge rock that block path no longer cost energy to demolish, they now cost Diamond instead
- Fragment node now gives 1 fragment per node instead of 2
- Chance to spawn a fragment node in Abyss delve will still scale sideway
- Amount of rewards from the following nodes have been reduced: OLT Token, Robot Parts, Artifacts, Nanoflux and Energy.
- Credit reward nodes and Diamond reward nodes have been removed from delving.
- Added 6 new tiles: Diamond Deposit tile, Ocurium Deposit tile, Void Hole tile and Research Point tile, Sacred Gene tile and Corrupted Gene tile
- Blend odd distribution has been adjusted for Abyss Fragment
- Mega-Qwitt blend: 60%
- Scientist: 30%
- Hoverbot: 1%
- Cipherbot: 6%
- Omega-Qwitt: 3%
- Most of the biocrafts stat has been rebalanced
- Effect of Evade has been reduced from 50% to 40%
- Corrupted Biocrafts (Biocrafts that requires Corrupted Gene) no longer deals damage to allies.
- Corrupted Biocrafts now all have Fearless.
- Biocraft Death Explosion no longer deals damage to allies
- Fixed a bug where your Biocrafts HP is not up to date immediately after a battle.
Challenge
- The Challenge system has been revamped
- There are now 11 categories of challenges
- Each category contains 10 completable challenges that rewards OLT token and also NFTs
- NFT prizes will only be sent out after the end of the season
Ship Battles
- You can now do 5 free CC Seasonal every day
- Ship rental cost no longer scale according the galaxy type. All galaxy now has the same rental cost.
- Added new limited ship: Magnetar
Misc
- Base zone mission count in spacefarer has been increased
- Joe Shop's bundle has been updated
- Spacefarer mission now gives Diamonds instead of Robot Parts. Only C7-TKZ can obtain them.
- Promotional Tech-tree upgrade leaderboard and Fleet Kill leaderboard has been removed
- A planet deed blend has been added to the FGL wheel prize
- Only 4 planet deed blends are given out now starting from this season (Season 17). This number will continue to reduce as we come closer to the max supply of planets.
- Purifying now gives Nanoflux instead of Artifacts
- Amount of Nanoflux rewarded from A.R.C has been increased
- Diamond cost to complete a daily bounty has been increased
- All non-weekly leaderboard is now hidden
- FBX no longer doubled during Week 5 and Week 6
- All large images on the FGL Vault have been converted to the new-gen image format, reducing the total file size from 400MB to 27MB. (Faster loading speed)
- All Outlaw Troopers large size game sprites have been converted to the new-gen image format, reducing the total file size from 700MB to 70MB. (Faster loading speed)
- You can now blend your troopers into a higher-rarity, stackable trooper (Ironwoof, Packlord and Starchewer).
- You can now use your Magnetaur blend in the vault
- Minting Qwitts in bulk no longer gives any discount
- You can now mint ships in bulk
- Wombuck play event no longer triggers during preseason
